This class begins with pranayama – conscious breathing techniques that calm the mind, energize the body, and deepen the mind-body connection. We then move into a yang-inspired yoga flow: active, grounding, and heat-building movements that awaken strength, focus, and presence.

 yin yoga

This class invites you to slow down and soften. Through long-held, passive poses we target the deeper layers of the body – connective tissue, joints, and fascia – allowing for deep release and restoration. With a focus on stillness, breath, and inner awareness, yin creates space in both body and mind.
