This class is a blend between vinyasa and hatha yoga. Our practice begins with a calming body scan to tune in and softly ground your mind and body, followed by pranayama -  conscious breathing techniques that calm your nervous system down, make energy flow, and deepen the mind-body connection. Gradually, we increase the intensity.
The class evolves with a yang-inspired yoga flow: a continuation of asanas as active, grounding, and heat-building movements. Ultimately, we take time to slow down, soften, and integrate through passive and gentle movements.


What to expect?

-  You grow in your physical and spiritual yoga practice.
-  You expand your body awareness.

Take a pause in the midst of your week. Leave with softness and presence, to continue the rest of your evening with ease.

Everybody with a body can join this class, regardless of your yoga experience.
